the culinary industry for over 20 years and inspired us to start our own

Our uncompromised level of quality shows in our selection of the freshest
ingredients, from local San Diego markets, then bringing them to site
and hand-crafting the food just prior to serving, to make sure it is as
fresh as possible. We will continue to track culinary trends and update
our menus every season to offer the finest cuisine every month of the
year.
We value building strong relationships with the local markets and community,
by working towards a higher goal of making a difference. More importantly,
we value building a lasting relationship with our clients, making them
feel at ease with every detail and knowing that we take a personal ownership
of every event.
Being fair and honest with our clients has encouraged us to start our
own company and is very important to us, passing on savings wherever we

their budgets to offer the finest menus and service possible to make every
